- Minimum 3 to 5 years professional experience in Food & Beverage Manager position.
- Strong leadership, good personality and interpersonal skill.
- Fluent in English and Thai with good computer skill.
- Assist Director of Food & Beverage to manage, maintain and develop the F&B service standards in all hotel restaurants to achieve the premium quality, excellent guest satisfactions and high operational profits.
- To provide the day-to-day F&B operations and ensure that the special events/promotions are well organized.
- To lead and train the F&B service team members to follow the professional service sequences and drive more revenue with up-selling skill in Chinese, Japanese and International Restaurants and Bar.
