1. Experiences in Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager.
2. 3 Years in restaurant management experience or
Asst. Rest. Manager
3. Experience in 5 star hotel.
4. Have F&B background.

1.Prepares, set par and refill outlet operating equipments in outlet.
2.Maximizes profitability of the restaurant by increasing turnover and controlling costs. Establishes guest service standards that meet the needs of the target market and are in line with the operating concept of the restaurant and room service.
3.Ensures all operating standards comply with company policies.
4.Monitors and analyzes menus and products of competitive restaurants or room service.
5.Provides recommendation to the team regarding future plans and changes.
6.Selects and recruits associates.
7.Plans and executes training programs for associates.
8.Ensures that restaurant and kitchen are prepared for service.
9.Prepares associate's schedule as per needs of the restaurant.
10.Assists with inventory check of operating equipment.
11.Handles guest complaints and follows up.
12.Inspects the physical condition of furniture and decorations.
13.Liaises with Engineering for maintenance problems and Housekeeping for cleaning.
14.Reviews the revenue and expense statement with team.
15.Holds periodic meeting to review procedures.
16.Ensures the tidiness & cleanliness of associates.
17.Provides good morale in the section.
18.Evaluates all personnel in the restaurant.
19.Ensures the general upkeep of the restaurant service station and the maintenance of its accessory equipment during assigned shift.
20.Maintains all necessary log-books as implemented in outlet.
21.To be aware of what competitors are doing and reports to Director of F&B or F&B Manager.
22.To be familiar with F&B and company standards.
23.Performs other duties as assigned by Director of F&B / F&B Manager.
24.Implements cost savings procedures in electricity, operating supplies and other controllable costs in relation to service operation.
