Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
- Closed month end, Double Reconciliation for Bank balance, Asset and Liability.
- Double Check month end tax.
- Double Check Stock Report, Spoilage and Transfer from Cost controller.
- Closed year end and submit to Revenue Department and Develop Business Department.
- Preparation of half year tax.
- Preparation of Year Budget, PNL, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet
- Pre-opening taskforce: Preparation of Budget, Set up of account system for new branch
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Cost controls for restaurant.
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations.
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
- Coordinate with POS support for set up of new promotion
- Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.
- Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
