* At least 5+ years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, and/or sales
* Incredible relationship-builder with an ability to engage, connect, and maintain relationships with a wide diversity of individuals.
* Expert understanding of and well-developed skills in sales, partnerships and business development, including identifying leads, building relationships, storytelling, negotiating, closing, account management
* Proven track record of building new business relationships and signing significant deals
* Comfortable and capable with both developing strategies and rolling up your sleeves to execute on them
* Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented
* Extremely motivated and able to work flexible hours
* Results driven with an ability to execute independently

We are recruiting a talented, dynamic, ambitious and hard-working individual to manage marketing-focused events across our growing portfolio of luxury hotels and lead the way in generating revenue from a variety of sources by developing new partnerships and growing existing relations.
The successful candidate will be a creative mind able to work harmoniously and effectively with other Executives as part of a successful team to create short- and long-term activities strategies and then connect with internal and external stakeholder in order to achieve revenue-based targets.
* Develop and manage event strategy for all properties including budgeting, processes, programming
* Work in harmony with other senior executives in companies such as Marketing, PR, Sales, Food & Beverage to produce, host and execute events that effectively drive awareness and leads for all hotels (including Mice, sponsorship, pop-up, retreat, workshop, wedding fair)
* Manage annual calendar of events relevant to location and business unit in collaboration between hotels and partners
* Identify opportunities for partnerships with entities who have similar DNA and are excited to share our group value
* Structure, negotiate, and close new partnership and co-branding deals
