Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female. Age is between 30 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor degree or higher in hospitality and tourism, business administration, finance, computer science and related.
- Previous 5 years experience in revenue department or reservations department related.
- Devising and presenting ideas, marketing plan, strategies and promotional activities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with target audiences and build compacted relationships.
- Strong in initiative, creativity, analytical information, research trends and challenges in any emerging distribution channels and commercial awareness.
- Commercial attitude and proactive sales approach
- Monitor performance, organizing various campaigns and coordinating internal reservations.
- Self-motivated with teamwork attitude and can work independently.
- Confident, highly responsible, reliable and flexible with a shifting environment.
- Proficiency in English including writing and reading any content.
- Proficiency in computer literate and Internet are required.
- Able to travel and work in Chiang Mai Headquarter.

Job Summary
Revenue Supervisor / Manager is responsible for analyzing, compiling and communication the hotel pricing strategy including forecasting market trends to maximize revenue performance. Ensure rates, packages and room inventory are appropriate set up, loads and accurate at all times. You will further support all B2 Hotels to pick up bookings across distribution channels with effectiveness. Maintain good relationship with key OTA partners and be expert of all extranets. Seeking local events in each destination, develop annual/quarterly promotional plan and cooperatively communicating with reservations department for action. Monitor competitors, analyze and report threats or opportunities. Proactively initiates daily dynamic pricing, yield management and campaigns. Monitor constant reviews and exposure brand awareness to markets. Strongly proficiency and optimal use PMS and related revenue management system. You will measure performance on all distribution channels and ensure balanced market share is well accomplished. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual forecast for hotel rooms revenues to executive management. This position is required to work in Chiang Mai Headquarter and flexible for travelling upcountry.
