- Minimum of 5 years Talent & Culture Manager or Director of Talent & Culture experience, preferably 4 -5 star in the hotel experience
- Strong understanding of labor and employment law
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to support and stimulate cultural changes within the company
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical skills
- Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)
