Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
- Liaise with all Department Heads to identify staff learning and development needs, and support the implementation of the property Training Plan to meet these needs
- Inspect, analyze and identify the staff learning and development needs, especially from the operation departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, and Housekeeping and extended to gaming area in corporation with gaming trainers. Develop training plans to achieve the service excellence.
- Implement the company P&P, SOP and task breakdown of all departments and set a plan to regularly audit in order to keep service quality maintained and exceed guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the company- s brand standard is implemented and set a plan to regularly audit both internally and/or from externally
- Work with DHR/MHR to create details annual training plan and budget
- Administer the Learning & Development budget
- In conjunction with Department Heads, develop departmental on the job training schedules that meet departmental operating objectives
- Prepare and administer the learning and development calendar on a regular basis
- Other as adhocs as assigned by director
