- Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures
- Proficient in English and Thai
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Flexible and responsible
- Managing and training the Front Office staff
- Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests
- Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
- Schedules Staff Working Hours and duties
- Acts as the liaison between the General Manager and the staffs
- Report, resolve and prevent complaints from customers
- Maximize guest satisfaction
- Conduct Meetings and Enforce new policies
- Supervise workload during shifts
- Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
- Maximize efficiency
- Review and complete reports (performance, forecasting, credit limits and more)
- Verify that cashiers in and out and bank deposits are accurate
- Enforces all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
