1.Responsible for guest entry, scan wristband, keep records and verify accurate data input of each wristband and gather guest entry data.
2.Resolve guest complaints in an efficient and courteous manner.
3.Demonstrated commitment and passion to maximizing guest satisfaction in each stage of the guest experience.
4.Explain and sell the benefits of park memberships/annual passes.
5.Smile and treat guests with friendliness and respect with an enthusiastic spirit to work.
6.Communicate correct product information to guests regarding tickets, special offers, and upcoming events.
7.Maintain a working relationship with other departments to ensure good communication.
8.Assist in the areas of the department such as Gates, VIP Guests, Dressing rooms, Locker room area, Cashier and Ticketing.
9.Excellent interpersonal skills
10.Working knowledge of computerized Point of Sales system
11.excellent organizational and time management skills
