Strong passion/motivation to work in new hotel business to create the largest hotel chain in South and Southeast Asia.
Thai National Only, Male/Female Age: 22 ? 30*Negotiable.
At least 1 year experience.
Positive attitude, fast learner.
Excellent both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and inter-personal skill.
Being able to work on flexible hours as necessary.
Skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets and MS Word is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience and knowledge in purchasing/supply chain management is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience and knowledge in hotel, caf? or/and restaurant is a plus, but not mandatory.
Fresh graduate is also welcomed.
Work for an ambitious hotel operator aiming to build one of the largest hotel chains in South and South-East Asia.
Our hotel brand will have expanded to five properties within year of 2018.
(Not only in Bangkok, but also Krabi, Phuket and Chiangmai)
In addition, we have a plan to expand more rapidly in the year of 2019.
Create standard operation system for supply chain management (Purchasing management, Inventory control,
Negotiation with suppliers, etc.) in the phase of rapid business expansion.
Responsible to maintain hotels and caf? business supply inventory levels required for effective company operation
and negotiate deals with potential vendors.
Being in charge with conducting regular price comparisons to ensure that the company is always getting
the best price for each product that is purchased.
As a HQ member, reporting to director or manager of supply chain.
Develop and update standard operation system for supply chain management (Purchasing management, Inventory control,
in-house transportation, etc.), by working closely with director.
Collect requirement from staffs in HQ or properties about new items/suppliers and operation system improvement.
Source new suppliers to reduce cost or improve condition for delivery time, credit term and so on.
Create good relationships with current suppliers and negotiate to reduce cost or improve condition
for delivery time, credit term and so on.
Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
Conduct training and manage/support staffs? activities regarding purchasing operation.
Prepare PR (purchase requisitions) and PO (purchase orders) among team member, supplies, vendors.
Manage history of order and monitor inventory/delivery status by purchasing management system (Check SCM).
Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery,
and supplies.
