- Excellent culinary catering talent and Knowledge of best cooking practices;

- Proven experience in both traditional and modern Thai restaurant, creating authentic Thai food and dessert;
- Having extra skill of Japanese food and dessert will be advantage;
- 5 years experience cooking in a well-established restaurant/full service hotel and minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty;
- Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality;
- Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (fusion food, vegetables, spices etc.);
- Follow the guidance of the Head Chef/Chef de Cuisine and have input in new ways of presentation and develop new dishes;
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety;
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you;
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation;
- Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met;
- Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis;
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
