- Bachelor's degree in food science, home economics, Food engineer or other are relevant.
- Experience in R&D job (Bakery product group) more than 3 years and can do bakery product (Croissant, Bread, Puff)
- Good command of English language and computer literacy.
- Planning, leadership, problem solving track, and critical thinking.

- Get requirement from related party and plan from Asst. R&D Manager.
- Create sample with requirement, record the results of the experiment, test new raw material and summary, control developed product with plan.
- Design process are suitable, possibility to produce, test and set standard of shelf-life product.
- Get training about OJT, Food safety, Safety with plan, get general training and development with plan.
- Follow process after test run, or after product lunch, update standard document.
