- At least 5 years background experience in international hotel
- Good English conversation skills and excellent inter personal skills.
- Effective decision making and problem solving skills.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Open-minded and flexible with a can- do attitude.
- Supervise the operations of the front desk to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests.
- Ensure effective day to day running of each shift in achieving the goals.
- Report to the management any anticipated problem or concerns.
- Work with housekeeping supervisors to ensure equipment, linen and cleaning requirements are kept up to standard.
- To act as a duty manager for the hotel, ensuring all guests are satisfied, both internal and external.
- Be flexible at all times in order to cover the unexpected needs of the Hotel and outlets.
- Any other duty that may be assigned by management.
