3. Experience in Hotel/Tourism/ Hospitality industry and familiar with Loyalty program.
4. Ideas driven individual.
5. 3-5 years? experience working in the same position
6. Be accurate and well organized
7. Team player and self-motivated
8. Excellent English communications skills
Member database:
-Increase the member database via:
*Online enrollment campaigns
*Member retention programs
*In-hotels enrollment programs and processes
-Analyze the member database
Plan and roll-out Loyalty campaigns
*Work very closely with the Communication Manager and Dig. Marketing Manager for campaign ideation, creation and roll-out
E-newsletter to our members
*In charge of the E-newsletter strategy, planning and sending to BWR members
*Analyze the e-newsletter performance
Best Western Rewards
*Develop Rewards partnership with local brands
*Ensure Rewards partners are advertised online and offline (in coordination with the Communication Manager)
-Answer to BWR member when they have requests
-Reporting:
*Analyze the monthly member database score-card and take relevant actions
*Provide regular report activity to the reg. Director of Marketing
