1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of three to five years experience in Human Resources.
3. Extensive knowledge of PCs and Tiger Soft.
4. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
? Responsible for functional components of Human Resources specifically in organizational effectiveness, employee relations, training, recruiting, and compensation.
? Implements recruiting program and is active in all phases of the process including employee selection, screening, and retention.
? Maintains knowledge of various leave policies and meets with employees to explain procedures and application procedures. Assists with risk management as it relates to employee safety and awareness.
? Ensures compliance with regulations and legal requirements, including reporting.
? Prepares and presents Human Resources leadership on various personnel data, including recruiting activity, hiring, turnover, progressive discipline, and performance management.
? Provides guidance to Supervisors and Managers regarding performance management and the
? disciplinary action process, including reviewing, approving, and assisting in the administration of performance reviews and disciplinary action.
? Conducts investigations and under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager, resolves complaints and employee grievances.
