Requirements
-Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
-Proficiency in English and computer literate
-At least Bachelor degree in any field
-At least 3 years? experience in international hotels with evidenced tracked record of achievements
- Experience in Food & Beverage.
-Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and -creative skill
-Good public speaking skill (track record of presentation or public speaking training course)

Scope of Work
You are responsible & empowered to handle and administer all front of house activities and back of house operation (Housekeeping, Engineering & Stewarding) relevant to the guest contact points such as check in / out, rooming of all hostel guests, serving food and beverage, leading activities and support in such a manner as to bring into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the hostel.
To create truly unforgettable experiences by delivering unique accommodation, activities and service.
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Responsibilities, but are not limited to
-Directly responsible for restaurant, culinary and events areas, ensuring a smooth running, -profitable operations within the framework of the hostel.
-Directly responsible for Back of House (Housekeeping,Engineering & Stewarding ), ensuring a smooth running.
-Responsible for maintaining the overall welfare of our employees by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
Develop and enforce standards, policies and procedures in the front of house areas.
-Develop, monitor and take corrective action of annual operating budget, via controllable costs, progress reports, P&L statements etc.
-Attain high sanitation standards throughout the food and beverage operation by enforcing Company Sanitation Checklist.
-Establish and maintain positive two-way communications with related departments.
-Support managers with an effective training program to make them aware of the expectations and responsibilities that their position entails.
-Identify and solve problems in a timely fashion.
Delegate authority and responsibility to managers in a way that the entire front of house operation runs smoothly.
-Appraise Supervisors/employees performance and use effective coaching and counseling for positive improvement.
-Hire, develop and retain quality Supervisors/employees.
-Schedule manning consistent with volume of business and needs.
-Administer management personal action movement and payroll.
-To ensure the awareness and enforcement of all company SOPs & hostel SOP.
-Ensure that all legal aspects are being fulfilled in regards to control of liquor, beer and wine, sanitation and safety.
-Ensure all Supervisor and employees follow all job safety regulations and all hazards are reported to concerned departments.
-To ensure that departments conduct an effective monthly employee meeting with minutes and forwarded to the hotel Manager.
-To ensure that departments are responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
-To ensure that departments conduct a maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
-To respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.
-Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.

-Run and lead activities as required
Prepared Food and Drink for daily operation
Able to create any new menu or innovation to support company goal.
-Any other duties to support the overall success and growth of the company
