? At least 2 years? experience as Steward or Steward Supervisor in a well-established hotel, restaurant or shop.
? Have a strong working knowledge in Chemical and equipment in the kitchen
? Understanding of HACCP.
? Good attitude & willing to help and coordinate with other teams.
Responsible for supervising the ware washing activities of the Stewards under his shift, participate in the activities of his staff. Supervise the steward to maintain clean work area. Routinely checks the dishwasher. Assists on proper handling of operating equipment. Prepares other kitchen equipment. Trains and assists staff on proper cleaning method. Oversees and coordinates with Engineering department to ensure the proper maintenance of all dish washing machines in working area.
