Skills and Qualities
Passionate interest in travel and tourism, strong domestic travel knowledge.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Strong numerical skills.
Ability to multitask and quickly interpret complex information.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, both over the phone, online and face to face.
Skills to persuade customers and influence their decisions, both for their own benefit and that of the agency.
Exceptionally high levels of motivation, working both independently and as part of a team.
Smart appearance.
Proficient internet research skills for customer information.
Ability to work in a target-based environment and to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Ability to assimilate information and to pay close attention to accuracy and detail.
Ability to understand clients travel goals and needs and exceed their expectations

Qualifications

At least 2 years in a travel agent role, selling to and dealing with customers face to face
At least 1 year in a senior travel agent role
Proficient with data entry and Microsoft Suite
Experience processing payment information and working with confidential information

รายละเอียดงาน

Key Roles and Responsibilities;
Communicate with potential customers to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.
Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.
Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
Display appropriate marketing materials under the direction of travel manager
Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.
Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Maximising sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting upgrades
Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.
