GUEST SERVICE AND RELATIONS
1. Provide a level of service that exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently through manner, in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention.
2. Respond to all client requests in a courteous manner.
ADMISTRATION
Ensure all Spa Therapists? administration is completed at the end of each day. (Worksheets and client records, stock lists, updates of the logbook)
HYGIENE
Ensure suites are kept clean and tidy according to Spa checklist and health and safety standards.
