? Lead and drive the overall Operations strategy in alignment with Company goals.
? Overview and monitor various production units (quality, quantity, delivery)
? Manage all financial aspects including revenue forecasting, budgeting (CoGs, CoL,) and P&L of the operations.
? Work with the Operation team, procurement, accounting, logistics to ensure that the process includes efficient management of resources.
? Oversee procurement and stock control with the purchasing and store team.
? Manages overall supply chain and operations to maximize efficiency and minimize cost of organization's supply chain.
? Manage various department heads including the plan for the staff development and providing guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
? Preparing various other ad hoc reports and performing other jobs as assigned.
