? Creates annual budgeting & revenue forecasting, P&L. Accounting planning, pricing, profitability, and monitoring.

? Direct all Marketing & Communication strategy and manage to win share within priority segments.

? Develop and upkeep the corporate mall identity to ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines.

? Direct all strategic initiatives towards increasing company visibility as top provider of marketing services. Charged with planning, implementing special events, conceiving designing creative marketing concepts, and guide concept towards actuality.

? Provide design direction for signage, packaging and collateral materials.

? Demonstrate expertise in direct mail and database marketing; develop strategic marketing plan used on focus group.

? Develop and organize promotion activities, coordinates with departments concerned; invites VIP and media to promotional activities; prepare and issues press releases.

? Able to ensure the entire marketing team is familiar and capable of using all the function of the marketing system

? Analyze current and potential market/trends; coordinate all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increase rate.

? Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.

? Provide information to other departments on activities within and outside PATTANA which may be useful when dealing with guests.

? Plan and execute marketing activities and reports to the management on new potential markets/accounts
