Qualifications:
1. At least 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage role.
2. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
3. Strong knowledge in Food & Beverage
4. Passion for excellent food and customer service is service and results oriented
5. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing (English and Thai)
6. Hospitable and service-minded
Key responsibilities
1. Plan and manage the operations of the Food and Beverage divisions to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
2. Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the Food & Beverage operations in the front and back of the house.
3. Develops and recommends the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans
4. Market the food & beverage outlets, develop and manage the implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations and presentation within corporate guidelines to meet / exceed sales and financial goals and objectives
