รายละเอียดงาน

1. To recommend guest the most suitable treatment and also give him information concerning spa treatment, healthy tip, spa retail, and answer the guest questions.

2. To up sell spa package, spa retail, spa membership, fitness membership, tennis curt rental, fitness retail, and other revenue parts.

3. To manage the working queue of therapist correctly, fairly, and effectively.

4. To answer all guest questions regarding spa offerings, appointment availability length and cost of treatment.

5. To deal with guest complaints, conduct spa tours and travel agent site inspections.

6. To prepare the report including daily sales, monthly report; spa membership, new
& renew member report, gift certificate report etc.

7. To prepare the report and follow the expired members.

8. To prepare card, vouchers, and other benefits to fitness members.

9. To take care of fitness members.

10. To relay useful information to manager for more effective working.

11. To keep tidy and clean of reception counter area including fitness & spa female locker.

12. To assist manager to confirm advance spa reservation sending through email.

13. To coordinate with guest, therapist, attendant, other department staffs, and manager.

14. To ensure a warm friendly welcome to clientele at all times.

15. In charge of all billing procedures and the correct reconciliation of funds at the reception desk and at the close of every shift as well as at the end of the day?s work.

16. To organize schedules to fully utilize time and profitability while ensuring that clients? needs are of prioritized.

17. Assisting with administrative duties such as receiving purchasing and inventory reporting
