ABOUT THE JOB
We are urgently seeking an assistant marketing manager with proven experiences in Marketing and Advertising to join our creative team and grow with our international F&B Group.

As our Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be reporting directly to our Marketing Manager.

You have:
? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales & Administration or any relevant fields.
? Proficiency in creating and developing integrated marketing programs with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience preferably gained from the in-house marketing communications team or in the Hospitality or F&B industry.
? Experience and connections in Bangkok?s foodie scene with the ability to build awareness, reputation and hype for our destination restaurant so it is buzzing from morning to night, every day.
? A keen eye for aesthetics, visual composition and attention to details.
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions
? Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
? Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
? Organizational skills, Result-oriented, Flexible and Self-motivated.
? Eager to learn new thing and embrace challenge
? Self-starter and a team leader with the ability to ideate around concepts and bring to life marketing strategies to drive revenue

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assistant Marketing Manager

- Assist to develop and execute a continuous marketing strategy to engage with our current and prospect customers.
- Develop Influencer Strategic Campaigns to boost the brand awareness and brand equity on the Thai market. This includes working with Press and Media Institutions but also working with your close network to find the appropriate brand ambassadors for the outlets. Activate these Influencers programs and be able to follow up and analyze the ROI on these campaigns.
- Drive innovative thinking that delivers on brand and business goals.
- Develop market research plans and review research findings to support the development of marketing strategies and plans
- Assist with the outlet in content writing in both Thai and English.
- Assist with the outlet Content Creation by suggesting innovative & creative ways to advertise both brands on social media. This includes organizing Photoshooting, Videoshooting.
- Create design briefs for any and all local collateral and campaigns to submit to our central Ennismore graphic design team.
- Develop and assist in the CRM and Booking System by updating and maintaining offers and events at the outlet on SevenRooms, Chatfuel and Chope.
- Develop and manage property email marketing strategy, digital strategy across M.Com and Third-Party sites, paid media campaigns and performance to verify proper execution.
- Plan & Manage Online Campaigns & Digital Strategy Tools to increase the visibility and the recognition of each brand via Business Manager, Google Ads. Being able to plan campaigns and analyze the metrics and identify the trends and technologies related to our Industry. This requires prior experiences with Social Media Platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Business Manager to be able to monitor these campaigns and analyse the final ROI.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. * Both online and offline.
- Provide accurate reports demonstrating the effectiveness of such marketing activities.
- Assist in organizing Events in Soho Hospitality Restaurants - working with interior design team and operations team in the event development and execution phase.
- Assist Marketing Manager with other strategic marketing projects across all brands that may vary in terms of scope of work and responsibility
- Plan and liaise with internal and external parties as for the implementation of Marketing communication activities
- Build and foster relationships with press, influencers and celebrities. Identify suitable opportunity to collaborate on campaigns
