-You are an experienced chef with 10+ years experience in the F&B department with at least 5 years experience in a supervision role.
-You are creative, have an eye for quality, a critical thinker and quick in problem solving to offer the best F&B menus and services for casual-luxury travelers.
-We are looking for someone with strong leadership, management skills with a hands on solution-focused approach and have a good
Leading by example, you are willing to roll up your sleeves and extend work shifts if needed, working alongside with the team.
-You are physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
-You are an effective communicator, good interpersonal skills, able to interact with customers, team and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, brand and the company.
-You have the mindset to develop and the support team, creating an environment where your team can to be the best of themselves and stepping up in their roles.
-You will need to be able to delegate well.
-You are self-motivated, proactive, constantly stay up-to-date with the latest F&B trends and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
-Most importantly, you have ?empathy?, genuinely -keen in reaching out to guests and the team.
-You are computer literate and keen to learn new --technology.
-Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
-Having a Degree in Culinary and Cooking is a plus.
-You are able to work on a 4-shift basis, including evenings, nights, weekends, public holidays and split shifts.
-You have no allergy and no restrictions on consuming all kinds of food and beverages.
-You are able to relocate to Khao Yai, enjoy the outdoors and garden!


รายละเอียดงาน

-You will lead the culinary team with the concept of authentic, honest cooking using the freshest, seasonal local ingredients of Khao Yai and Thailand and take the ownership of the property?s ?Homegrown? organic vegetable garden to create engaging menus and activities.
-You will be creating daily, weekly, monthly, festive, special menus and constantly improving the menus to delight guests, always aware and assisting in handling guests feedback with the team.
-Accurately create recipe cards, cooking instructions and implement food ordering, monitor usage to avoid wastes, as well as be in charge of costs to ensure the balance of quality and profitability.
-You will be fully responsible for the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Local Standard Operating Procedures (LSOPs) for F&B in the property and ensure that these SOPs are being implemented effectively.
-You will make sure all SOPs are designed in accordance with HACCP, Food Safety & Hygiene, local regulations and Marasca brand guidelines.
You will implement, monitor HACCP and lead the team to train in this regard, including, but not limited to, cleanliness and safety in culinary production, service and storage area, as well as pest control measures.
-Proactively perform daily tasks, including daily briefings to ensure menus availability, activities and operational requirements are communicated to the team, daily walk through, spot checks, food quality control, ensuring the team tastes every dish before delivery to guests and that all the equipment is working properly in a safe and acceptable manner.
-You will be taking ownership in the F&B department and in charge of manpower management of your team and responsible for reviewing employee behavior, appearance and performance.
Participates in the preparation of annual F&B budget, review proposed capital and OS&E expenditures.
-Work closely with the service team and collaborate with all departments to make sure operations are running smoothly in tandem with one another, to reach our common goal to create ?cherry-on-top? experiences through unique accommodations, F&B services and activities.
And everything else in-between! You will be required to perform any reasonable requests and other duties assigned by the management.
