- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related
- Experience in Eagle Program, Social Security Administration and Chatbot program
- At least 1 year experiences in HR Supervisor level
- 2 years in Recruitment function and administration
- Strong Interpersonal Skill & can do attitude
- Self-Organization and Pro active
- Be able to travelling few times per month in up country and Bangkok
- Good problem solving skills
- Positive thinking Good Personality and Service Mind
- Control recruitment process such as screening candidates as company policies
- Maintains and updates employee records, legal documents, policies base on procedures
- Monitor and update periodic human resources reports such as staff headcount, manning, time attendance record and vacancy monthly record
- Prepares and submits casual payment report
- Follows up closely the probation period date with HM and all concern
- Follows up the staff probation evaluate with all concern
- Report In-Out for Social security
- Report In-Out for life insurance as company policies
- Monitor all process of EOQ, EOY and all employee benefits projects
- Updates and submits uniform and name tag inventory report
- Coordinates functions and activities with other departments & hotel branch
- Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by Manager/Director
- In the absence of the Manager, takes charge of the department under the
Supervision of the Human Resources Director
