-Minimum of 3 years of industry and culinary management experience.
-Previous experience controlling food and labor costs.
-Previous experience with demonstration cooking, menu development, and pricing development.

- Excellent guest service skills.
- Computer literate and HACCP knowledge.
- Responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure highest quality at all times. ? Keeps an up-to-date standard receipt file for all food items.
- Ensures that all kitchen staff are aware the health and safety procedures of the palace.
- Recommends changes or replacement of kitchen operation equipment.
- Maintains high rating on guest satisfaction
- Meets with suppliers when possible and studies market trends for new equipment and products.
