PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Identify prospects: Research and identify potential clients and organizations that may require event services, such as corporate events, conferences, Workshops, and catering. Collecting data in CRM properly & update information of accounts & contact list regularly.
? Building relationships: establish and nurture relationships with clients (past and future), understand their event needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their objectives. Build lasting relationships with target schools/companies, associations & partners agencies.
? Sales strategy: develop and execute a strategic sales plan in coordination with the Head of Sales and Marketing and Assistant Admission Manager to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This may include conducting market analysis, competitor research, and setting sales targets.
? Proactive outreach: Actively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, networking events (at TFS and outside TFS), sales calls and cold calling, to promote Corporate Packages, HORECA training programs, events and generate leads.
Travel to and represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and conferences. Set up promotional stands or booths and use graphic illustrations such as films, charts, slide shows, etc to promote products/services. Distribute promotional materials such as flyers & brochures, among others in a friendly, approachable manner as well as meet up with clients to restock promotional materials and solicit new sales opportunities.
? Consultative selling: By understanding clients' event requirements, offer tailored event/workshop packages, negotiate pricing and contracts, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Illustrate and provide comprehensive details on promoted products/services. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company, courses, and services.
? Collaboration: work closely with the Test Kitchen Team (Operations Director) and Education Team (Academic Director), other TFS departments, event planners, coordinators, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless execution of events and to meet client expectations.
? Sales reporting: Keep track of sales activities and maintaining accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts will be important for tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. Report feedback from all promotion initiatives or projects (interest level, questions asked, numbers of leads one could acquire per event/visit). Report sales call plan & activities execution plan every week. Report numbers of leads and it is conversion rate of offline source on monthly basis.
