1).To welcome and assist customer to throughout in choosing his/her food and beverage.
2).To take the food or beverage order from the customer, And input in the POS system.
3).To ensure all the service details throughout the customer's meal was experience value for money.
4).To be responsible for the correct set up of all area in the restaurant.
5).To has a full understanding and knowledge of all items that are offer on the menu & beverage list.
6). To fulfill all directions given by the Manager, supervisor and captain or from any member of the management team and Must abide by the rules and regulations as laid down in the Employee's Handbook.
To concerned with attending to the needs of customers in the restaurant, taking orders, serving and removing crockery and beverages in accordance with customer?s requirements and service standard.
