-Bachelor?s degree in, hotel business or related
field preferred.
-Must have previous sales experience working in the
hospitality industry.
-3 or more years of experience in sales management
or in a leadership role in the sales department,
preferably in hospitality.
-Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and
network effectively.
-Good organization and time management skills.
-Responsible for OTA, Government, Corporate and
Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
-Clear understanding of the hotels business
strategies then set goals and to determine action
plans to meet those goals.
-Identify new markets and business opportunities
and increase sales.
-Conducts sales calls and arrange site inspection
-Able to provide Quick and timely responses,
immediate communication to the properties,
develop professional long term business
relationships.
-Able to supports hotels service and relationship
strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering
service excellence throughout each customer
experience.
-Work closely with General Manager to ensure
proposed rate negotiations meet the financial
needs of the hotels.
