Provide all communications both external and internal professionally and with the good level of language skills. Operate the hotel switchboard, incoming and outgoing faxes, hotel?s paging system. Records and transfers calls. Provide telephone services and information to guests. Provides all charges are allocated in accordance with the hotel credit policy.
