o Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
o At least 2-3 years of previous hotel experience in any key functions.
o Exposure to training function or ability to conduct, lead a training class is essential.
o Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
o Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong flexibility and willingness to learn and gain multi-tasking skills.
o Excellent time management skills.
o Good knowledge of computing and able to operate job related systems.
o Ability to think outside the box, be creative and find win-win solutions.

Who is a team player & leader, enthusiastic and self-motivated with solid experiences in HR/L&D Fields in Hospitality segment.
Successful candidate will be looking after a hotel operations as a Cluster Roles for ASAI Bangkok Chinatown and ASAI Bangkok Sathorn.
o To designing and conducting the training courses.
o Coordinate with other parties to execute in-house courses.
o Liaise with Department Heads regarding the compulsory training for their staff.
o Prepare relevant training records and reports. Coordinate the additional training programs as assigned.
o Ensure colleagues are provided with a workplace free of discrimination, harassment and victimization.
o Organise employee relations activities including recognition & rewarding programs, charitable, welfare, sport activities, staff party, team building etc.
o Demonstrate and interact in positive way with other departments to reflect ASAI Culture and ASAI Ways.
o Perform other duties as assigned by Cluster Human Resources Manager.
