Best Western Chatuchak Hotel (190+ rooms) is currently Looking for the position for the TEAM:
Account Payable Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Manages Accounts Payable and ensuring accuracy of purchase ledger.
- Maintains all internal and external contracts - ensuring contract information is kept up to date - changes notified/reports updated. If contract is coming to an end or amendments are required ensure supervisor is made aware in a timely manner.
- Drives excellence in areas of productivity, automation and accuracy throughout the payables function.
- Manages processing of invoices ensuring standards of accuracy and efficiency are not compromised.
- Management and development of team - manageable workloads, appraisals and goal setting - coaching as required.
- Takes a responsibility for collation of departmental reports and attending weekly review meetings with senior managers to resolve issues.
- Provides productivity statistics perform accurate supplier and sub ledger reconciliations.
- Works pro-actively within the team to understand issues, work practices and make recommendations to ease congestion and aid productivity.
- Maintains continual improvements in AP and business processes - Being responsible for on time payment of supplier invoices.
