? Male/ female age over 28 years old.
? At least 2 years working experience in Customer service or admin
? Good command of spoken and written English.
? Patience and thoroughness in work.
? Ability to work under pressure.
? Be intelligent and Immediate problem solving skills
? Perform all duties as annual action planned.
? Ensuring that location, equipment and tools, including ingredients are ready for delivery of food and beverage.
? Check the return record data of equipment and tools correctly and completely.
? Check the neatness of locations before, during and after work.
? Check the accuracy amount of food and beverage list in SWO.(Service Work Order)
? Co-ordinate with the kitchen department to receive food for sale.
? Control the storage and maintenance of equipment and tools that used in the banquet.
? Supervision of weekly schedule of casual staffs. Schedule staff as necessary to ensure adequate and consistent levels of service.
? Control the performance of employees in accordance with the action plan.
