? Proven experienced with minimum of 3 years in the same positional hospitality company
? Excellent knowledge of hotel operations
? Demonstrates a record of being able to nurture , develop and build a strong team
? Fluent written and verbal communication skill in English
? Operations all F&B services & Event venues to the agree standards
? Drives the overall F&B strategy and all marketing promotions, to increase the awareness and profitability of all the hotel?s outlet
? Maintain the quality of F&B service to achieve an outstanding service that exceeds expectations
