Minimum 5 year of culinary experience in the luxury setting hotel / restaurant.
HACCP knowledge and Food cost controlling oriented.
- Good command in Thai & English both speaking and writing.

In cooperation with the Director of Wine and Dine, within the limits of established policies, procedure and F/B recipes oversee and direct all aspects of Kitchens Banquets, and kitchens operation Staff. Ensuring operating costs are minimized
