? Drawing up Sales & Marketing plan with market intelligence related to Meetings & Events or group booking.
? Manages all business segment in Meetings & Events to achieve the departmental revenue target.
? Execute an excellent operational for SOCIAL Meetings & Events and drive guest satisfaction.
? Leading, coaching and developing the team
? Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Marketing or related fields
? Minimum 10 years experience in Hospitality Sales & Event management especially in luxury hotel brands.
? Proactive with excellent leadership and communication skills.
? Dynamic, creative and stylish with good personality
? Guest focused with good attitude and growth mindset
? Strategic thinking, well organised and details oriented
? Excellent English communication
