- Minimum 3 years in similar positions in Human Resources departments in luxury hotel brand.
- Resistance to pressure with quality oriented, flexible and adaptable. Proactive with excellent leadership and communication skills proven by excellent command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
- Sound knowledge of recruiting and developing process as well as employee relations management.
Well organized and highly self-motivated.
Assisting mainly in?delivering on high volume recruitment & selection activity.?This will involve implementing and further developing attraction, recruitment and selection strategies to ensure we are best placed to meet our business needs.?
The additional role is also involved in planning, managing, controlling, and coordinating benefits, wages, salaries, labor and team member relations, and training. They assist in the development and formulation of policies, procedures support the operational needs of the hotel. To act as the HR administrator to handle all HR administration job functions including compensation, benefits, sustainability development activities and employee relations.
