- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role at a well-established and reputable service institution handling Thai and International culinary.
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English. - Must be extremely organized, efficient, and detail focused.
- Oversee the management of all culinary functions.
- Duties will include designing and maintaining quality/cost control.
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness/safety.
- Training kitchen personnel and special food promotion
- Other administration.
