1. At least Vocational diploma and preferable Bachelor?s degree in any fields
2. At least 2-year experience in restaurant operation with a good track record of achievements
3. Good in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
4. Proficiency in English, computer and point of sale machine
5. Good in driving results and people management and development
1. Actively support the quality Improvement process.
2. Assume responsibility of daily operation of all assigned outlets.
3. Assist in ensuring that scheduling functions are performed accurately and on a timely basis.
4. Assist in maintaining a highly motivated and well-trained staff.
5. Open and close shift in accordance with restaurant manager?s checklist.
6. Find solutions for problems such as call outs, last minute bookings, or any other daily problems that may arise.
7. During shift, ensure that guests are satisfied by assisting with serving, seating, communication with kitchen, and by striving to speak to all guests.
8. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all employees and guests.
9. Understand and teach empowerment principles to ensure guest satisfaction.
10. Assist Restaurant Manager to manage an effective repair and maintenance program using work orders, inspections, etc.
