Academic and professional qualifications
: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality
Essential job skills: Fluent in English and Thai

:Ability to plan with a data-driven approach and analyze strategically to identify opportunities to maximize performance and control costs
: Have an entrepreneurial approach to all S&M tasks with strong enthusiasm for all things digital
:Proven leadership skills to motivate, coach and develop the team
Additional skills:
:Strong F&B background would be very helpful
:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
The ideal candidate should be a dynamic leader with strong
operational capability, proactive with management and
enthusiastic about strategy. He/She must be energetic,
innovative and demonstrate proficiency with both traditional
and digital media marketing channels.
Preference will be given to candidates passionate about a
premium lifestyle boutique hotel, excellent guest experience,
exciting F&B concepts, operational excellence and use of
technology.
As AGM of the hotel, you will be responsible for managing the
overall performance of the hotel by providing the highest
possible quality guest services and F&B offerings.
-Be an ambassador for the hotel
-Be responsible for all aspects of operations at the
hotel
-Oversee all employees and provide leadership as well
as strategic planning to all departments
-Ensure service standards are met across all
categories, closely monitor guest feedback across all
channels and resolve all guest issues
-Ensure accurate & timely accounting records for
revenue, costs, inventory, bookings, billings etc
-Create and drive PR & Marketing strategy for the
hotel, restaurant and bars, with a strong focus on
digital and online marketing channels (e.g. social
media, bloggers & influencers)
-Work closely with owners to define brand positioning,
execute strategy and provide detailed financial
performance report
-Identify potential problems and solutions in order to
maximize efficiency and revenue
-Create strong culture of innovation that embraces new
ideas, trends and technology
-In conjunction with the Sales & Marketing team, develop
annual marketing plan that drives performance by
delivering on key messages and storylines
-Work closely with F&B team to drive development of exciting F&B concepts, planning of marketing initiatives,execution of communications collateral to gain maximum exposure in the marketplace
