- Bachelor degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, Marketing or related fields
- 1+ year experience in Hotel industry or OTAs, Channel manager will be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent knowledge in Google workspace
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and success
- Positive thinking, service mind and ability to work under pressure
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skill
- High responsibility and time-management skill
- Coordinate with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) such as Agoda Booking Traveloka etc.
- Maintains working calendar of all promotions / events and notifies team of upcoming promotions / events that need to be created or updated.
- Participates on weekly prepare report and monthly report for clients.
- Managing Key client account and covering all key metrics to achieve the KPI target
- Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs (Rev, Occ, Adr, Mkt and etc.) are understood and addressed
- Collaborating with various internal and external departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
- Building strong client relationships to maintain the business
- Monitoring team member's performance to ensure thier target achievement
- Initiate idea and action plan to support team direction
- Reporting team performance day to day basis
- Identify issue with the solution and report to chief
(Working day: Mon-Fri 9AM - 6PM)
