1. Managing all aspects of areas within the restaurant, including the
selection, development, and performance management of restaurant employees,
optimizing profits, and increasing sales.
2. Planning, budgeting, and cost control to maximize profits and turnover.
3. Managing scheduled shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction, and rectifying
issues by providing efficient and professional service.
4. Managing all operational issues ensure our standards of quality and service
are met.
5. Consistently ensure all areas' cleanliness and liaise with engineering to
provide prompt repair work.
6. Working closely with the purchasing team to ensure high quality of product
sourcing and stock and inventory control.
7. Ensuring quality standards, preparing food and beverage menus, and other
promotional seasonal ingredients.
8. Liaising with F&B manager to understand market trends and participate PR
activities.
