1.2 Minimum 3 year experiences of Sales Manager are required.

1.6 Analytical and strategic thinking.
1.7 Outstanding in creative and dynamic business leadership personality.
1.8 Excellent command in written and spoken English.

1.10 Optimistic and be able to handle multiple tasks under a pressure environment.
1.11 Skill of lead the team and coach
1.1 Produce and pursue sales lead for the properties in the relevant country/region.
1.2 Maintain responsibility for and optimize the designated portfolio of accounts.
1.3 Implement the agreed tactical sales plans that focus on market niches and segments identified in the market plan.
1.4 Provide timely information flows in accordance with the required sales administration process.
1.5 Monitor and develop assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
1.6 Maintain close, frequent and open communications within and across properties on accounts and prospective customers.
1.7 Process all reservations and lease agreements in a timely and efficient manner.
1.8 Site inspection ? conduct whenever necessary and liaison with property operations.
