1. Enthusiastically welcome our guests to the world of Lub d, and the neighborhood, smiling and using eye contact in your section at all time.
2. Ensure guests are enjoying to Lub d activities experience.
3. Create & serve the activities we offer to our guests in a timely manner and at the standard we have set.
4. Prepare activities and follow the activities schedule for our guests per SOP?s.
5. Maintain the Common area and Swimming Pool, both in terms of appearance & cleanliness, also ensuring equipment?s are well maintaining.
6. Help create, make, lead & participate with our guests in the activities we offer, giving them another reason to love our hostel.
7. You are a scout. Know the neighborhood & the location where we play. You must share your knowledge experience with our guests and design great memories for them.
8. You must ask our guests often how is their stay and if there is anything we can do to help them. Listen to their feedback and follow up with urgency & care, making sure we delight the guest with a quick response and caring attitude. Use the tools given to raise the problems, identify them, explain the issues, and propose solutions.
9. You must multi-task, offering support through the hostel. Must be willing to constantly adapt to the needs & demands of our guests. This is committed to by all the hosts under your supervision.
10. To assist guests often, approaching them if they may seem to need help and assist with all their needs making sure their stay at the Hostel is comfortable and an experience to remember.
11. Encourage guests to fill out the I-Wish card for more feedback and meet the I-Wish targets.
12. Take personal interest and pride the work area is clean at all times and manage this with the hosts.
13. Ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hostel service.
