- Previous experience as a bar back or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift heavy items, such as kegs and cases of alcohol
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area and manage inventory levels
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
AJA Pollo Restaurant
Location: Sukhumvit 20
- Assist the bartender with the preparation and service of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment, glassware, and supplies
- Restock bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes, as needed
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking the bar area
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of bar supplies and notify the bartender or bar manager when supplies are running low
- Collect and wash glassware and utensils, ensuring they are cleaned and polished to company standards
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying age and intoxication levels, and assisting the bartender in refusing service when necessary
- Assist with processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system
- Foster a positive and efficient experience for our guests by providing excellent support to the bartender and anticipating their needs
- Guarantee Service Charge at 2,500 Baht
