- Thai nationality (only)
- 3-5 years - experience working in luxury hotel and/or position apply.
- Positive outlook & team player with good communication.
- Focused on quality and consistency with keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations.
- Proactive work style.
- Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
- Ensures all guests' messages, mail, faxes and parcels are handled and distributed promptly.
- Ensures that all guest requests and requirements are attended to promptly and handled in the correct manner.
- Ensures speedy, accurate and efficient telephone and message service at all times.
- Ensures that communication and co-ordination of all Departments, with particular emphasis on the interactions between Concierge and Front Desk, Sales, housekeeping, Maintenance, Telephone, Security are smooth and efficient. .
- Assists in making sure that all Touches of Hyatt and the Rooms Top 20 have been implemented.
- Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
- Works closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
- Ensures that the Concierge and Bell Desk associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of ?We work through Teams?.
- Ensures that all guest details are entered correctly in accordance with the principles of clean data.
