- At least 5 years as a leader role of Kitchen in restaurant or other related field
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in environment with time constraints
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently
- Ability to effectively train and develop staff and build team morale
- Ability to meet budgets including labor, food and applicable direct operating costs

1) Ensure Kitchen professionals are fully aware of hotel Food & Beverage strategy, and that their products meet these requirements.
2) Interviews, hires and orients effectively for kitchen supervisory associate and other preparation associate
3) Coaches and consults kitchen sections head and associate, maintaining discipline amongst the associate.
4) Conduct on-the-job training sessions for kitchens personnel on a regular basis.
5) Motivates a strong team amongst the kitchen associates.
6) Direct and coordinate the daily activities of all the restaurant's kitchens
7) Manage relationships and contracts with suppliers.
8) Support and facilitate associate participation in local, national and international competitions.
9) Responsible for guiding all kitchen associates assigned in their areas of responsibility in the performance of their duties.
