1. Minimum of 3 year of work experience in Purchasing related operations, preferably in a 5 stars establishment
1. To develop and supervise other staff: receiving officer and purchasing assistant.
2. To establish and to maintain all vendor relationship - domestic and international.
3. To coordinate between finance department for both OHRSR & OHRBK
4. To liaise will all department heads for straight and effective communication.
5. To receive and file, and follow through all incoming purchasing requests from the property.
6.To perform other tasks as deemed appropriate by the financial controller.
7.To research materials and gather pricing information for estimating purposes. To prepare tender document draft contract clauses, prepare specifications, and references to technical performance requirement suitable for the contracts in questions.
8. To prepare and distribute all necessary bidding document to prospective suppliers. To be responsible for opening bids and proposals and conducting bid evaluations.
9. To purchase needed suppliers and equipment by competitive bidding, quotations, and negotiations, compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
10. To maintain accurate and to complete purchasing records as required by hotel policies and procedures
