1.To ensure that all tenants of the residence are moved in and moved out in an efficient, yet warm and friendly manner (Wai, Smile and Eye contact).
2.Handle all guest enquiries, requests and comments promptly and efficiently, ensuring that during their stay in the residence is to their satisfaction.
3.To maintain and be aware of the importance of tenant recognition.
4.Coordinate with the Building technician team to solve the issues punctually and efficiently, able to manage the daily fixing schedule.
5.To ensure that the Customer Services Desk is not left unattended at any time whilst on duty.
6.To ensure that you as a Customer Services at the residence have a comprehensive knowledge of town, and what is happening within the city at all times, and to ensure that all tenant enquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solutions.
7. Well understand the residence products knowledge and be able to explain, lead inspection and close sales with the customers or property agents.
